Help Celebrate as a Sponsor
We invite IFEC members to help us celebrate by becoming a sponsor. There are a variety of options: A food or beverage station; the official Bubbly Sponsor; a passed menu item; a take-home gift; or a party sponsor at Diamond, Gold or Silver levels. Here's what you need to know:
Sponsorship Fees:
Save $200 and get first dibs on a 2020 Santa Barabara Chef Showcase slot on the beach! The 2020 Chef Showcase will be held at the beautiful Cabrillo Pavilion, a 1920s landmark right on the beach overlooking the ocean.
Book now for both 2020 Events with an F&B presentation (a station) at the Bubble Party and Chef Showcase at the next conference November 2-4 for $2,500 (plus Bubble party hotel charges).
Food and Beverage presentations: $900 + prep charges
Passed Food Item, no station: $750 + prep charges
Official Bubbly Sponsor: $500 + hotel costs
Take-Home Gifts: $500 + gift
Branded Event Items: $500 + item
Event sponsorships (no products):
Diamond $1000
Gold $ 500
Silver $ 250

Your logo on the invitation (if you sign up by April 10th) and on event signs.
Your name in pre- and post-event publicity.
Your logo on the IFEC website with a link to your site.
You are thanked by IFEC President in his comments at the event.
We share digital images of your food and beverage products/station/bar setup and/or your logo on event signs.
Timeline
April 10th Cut-off for signing up for a sponsorship
April 17th Submitting all details and your logo
April 30th Last day for sponsors and IFEC to make changes/confirm final plans
