1. Sponsorship fees, additional costs and deadlines for applications and other materials vary by category. Please read the details carefully.
2. Read the Sponsorship Policies carefully. Submitting an application means you have read and agree to conform to the policies.
3.Think green! Please make your sponsorships as earth-friendly as possible.
4. Save 20 percent by applying early. The early-bird deadline is July 15th. Final deadline is August 31st.
5. Members are asked to refrain from holding private events that would conflict with or overlap official conference activities. Your co-operation is appreciated. Please check the conference agenda or contact IFEC with questions about event times.
